This 2' tall plant features large, fuzzy, chartreuse leaves and blooms with white plumes in late summer through fall. Heuchera macrorhiza is native to the mid-Atlantic and is often found on moist, shady slopes. Fairly deer resistant and nearly evergreen, it is a great plant to add interest to your woodland garden or use for edging perennial beds. Grows best in rich, moist, well-drained soil in full to partial shade. Also known as Heuchera villosa.
