Dennstaedtia punctilobula (hay-scented fern)

This sweet-smelling fern can thrive in direct sun or shade, and spreads assertively by shallow underground rhizomes to form large stands. Good for slopes, erosion control, and ground cover. Prefers partial shade and average moisture but will take full sun with extra moisture.
